From Chronic Illness to a Life of Purpose
Hey y'all, I'm Tina, a wife, mom, Grammy, and holistic health practitioner with a heart for helping families find real healing in a natural way.
My personal journey began in 2012 with a fibromyalgia diagnosis. I remember sitting in that doctor's office, faced with the reality of managing symptoms for the rest of my life through prescription medications. But something in me refused to accept that as my only option.
I decided to dig deep and learn how to help my body heal itself, the way God designed it to. I cleaned up my diet, ditched the toxins lurking in my home, began using essential oils, and discovered the incredible connection between food, emotions, and frequency.
That transformation didn't happen overnight, but it was real—and it was lasting. The chronic pain faded. My energy returned. I felt like myself again.
That journey completely changed my life and gave birth to The Holistic Walk, where I now help others walk their own path toward balance, energy, and restoration.

I'm a southern girl through and through, married 30 years to my best friend Paul, mama to two beautiful daughters, and Grammy to my precious granddaughter.
Paul and I also run The Holistic RV, where we share our love for clean living and wellness on the road. Whether I'm teaching a sourdough class, kayaking with my husband, or hosting a wellness workshop, my heart is always focused on helping people live well—body, mind, and spirit.
My life isn't perfect, and neither is my wellness journey—but it's authentic. I've walked through the hard stuff, and I know what it's like to feel stuck. That's exactly why I'm so passionate about walking alongside you.
